At P. Harris & Associates, we realize that small business owners don't always have funding for new computers. If you have an IBM Compatible desktop computer that is in working condition, we offer an extended warranty to cover labor costs. For a monthly or yearly fee, we will replace or upgrade the components in your IBM Compatible computer. All you pay for at the time of service is the parts.
We will do everything we can, within reason, to keep your computer running. If there are parts readily available we will find them and if there are upgrades needed, we will discuss the costs and options before any work is performed. Unlike other maintenance agreements, if you don't find a need for computer repair service within the first year, we will transfer your agreement to the next year at no extra cost to you!
